Event Co-ordination

Here at Waikare Hire we understand the good old “Do-It-Yourself” method, especially when it comes to events and weddings. We realize that it’s a big ask for the bride or a guest at the wedding to over see all those big day details! For example: the caterer arriving, co-ordinating the set up, keeping the bar topped up, the list could go on and on.

Thankfully, we happily offer an Event Co-Ordination service! Our team member Amy is on hand to be your jack of all trades. She will go out of her way to ensure your special event goes smoothly. An experienced bridesmaid, DIY bride and OCD mother of two, Amy is used to full on demands. Not quite the fairy Godmother, but as close as you’ll get in the real world!
